Minimum requirements for employment:
18 years of age
United States Citizenship
High School Diploma, GED Equivalent or actively enrolled in GED Program
Valid Drivers License/State I.D.
Negative Drug Screening (5 Panel)
No Felony Criminal Convictions
Background investigation to include:

Supervisors:
Security Officers Academy Certification
California State Guard Card
First Responder Emergency Procedures
Diversity/Sexual Harassment Training
CPR/ 1st Aid Certification
Mediation Techniques
Armed / Off-Duty Police & Executive Protection
Staff:
5 years experience in law enforcement, executive protection and/or armed
service
Active or honorably retired Peace Officer, or
Possess a Permit to Carry a Concealed Weapon and/or
Possess a Permit to Carry a Weapon
Guard Registration Card
Post Officers:
Guard Registration (Powers to Arrest)
CPR/1ST Aid Certification
First Responder Emergency Procedures
Hazardous Materials Certification
CAL OSHA Certification
Paramedic / Emergency Medical Technician
State Certified
